国际学院主要承担学校外国留学生学历和非学历教育项目，负责外国留学生的招生、培养、签证及日常管理工作；同时承担港澳台侨学生招生和管理，力求打造国际化的教育平台。自1997年开始招收外国来华留学生和中国港澳台侨学生以来，学院共培养了来自美国、英国、俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、蒙古、韩国、乌克兰、加纳、乌干达、马来西亚等 60 多个国家以及港澳台地区的 3000 多名学生。
国际学院将积极拓宽海外优质教育资源，开展国际合作教育项目，稳步发展汉语言教学，推广中国传统文化，优化生源结构，提升教学质量，进一步扩大学校的海外影响力，推进学校国际化进程。
The School of International Education is mainly responsible for the academic and non-academic education programs for international students, the recruitment, cultivation, visa, and daily management of international students, as well as the recruitment and management of students from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, and overseas Chinese students. We aim to build an international education platform. Since 1997, the SIE of BIFT has been providing education for more than 3,000 of international students from over 60 countries, including the US, the UK, Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Korea, Ukraine, Ghana, Uganda, Malaysia, etc., and Chinese students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
The School of International Education will actively broaden overseas quality education resources, develop international cooperative education programs, steadily push forward Chinese language teaching, promote traditional Chinese culture, optimize the student structure, improve teaching quality, further expand BIFT’s overseas influence, and advance its internationalization process.
